Course Outline
Human Factor Training for the Rail industry, with its origins in Aviation, is a training program based on human performance evidence from ‘Black Boxes’ researched for over 50 years, and provides unique and dynamic perspectives into Human Behaviour and Human Error, at the time of, and leading up to an accident.
The series of Human Factor Rail courses are designed specifically for work forces in the Rail transport environment, where human error remains a major contributor to incidents and accidents.
Rail transport safety depend on the adaptability of people, as well as the performance of infrastructure, equipment, and control systems to keep the system safe.
This series of courses provides employees with the knowledge, and tools to reduce human error and improve performance.
