Target Learners Check-in and boarding personnel, and all others with duties that include direct contact with passengers. 

This program has been developed to improve service to passengers, and to train airport and air operator ground personnel in the procedures and best practices during:

  • Baggage Handling,

  • Boarding, and

  • Passenger Handling.
