This Helicopter Multi-Crew Coordination(HMCC) Helicopter Training Program is developed as a general course please consult your regulations for more detailed training requirements.
The course is designed for Helicopter pilots who operate in a multi-crew environment to ensure that the pilot-in-command and co-pilot can operate effectively as a team. The course will provide you with important communication and teamwork skills needed to work effectively on a modern-day helicopter flight deck.
Note: This course covers the theoretical component of HMCC training in preparation for practical simulator training, and contains a downloadable checklist of the competencies required for your practical training preparation.
