Human fallibility refers to the inherent tendency of humans to make mistakes, misjudge situations, or act irrationally. This concept emphasizes that despite our intelligence and capabilities, we are still prone to error, which often leads to unintended consequences.
This course provides an in-depth understanding of our human fallibility as well as our performance limitations, with the aim of renewing our commitment to being diligent, healthy, and vigilant, and improve safety in any high-risk environment where consequences can range form small incidents to catastrophic events.
