Threat and Error Management (TEM) is a modern mental process that is used widely in various high-risk environments, and forms the basis to effectively manage threats and Errors. This course teaches learners to apply the four-step process of managing threats and errors, through the understanding of threat types, threat response options, error types and error management strategies, as well as key considerations and actions when an undesirable situation develops.
