Course Outline
Quality assurance (QA) is the activity of providing, through an audit process, the evidence needed to establish that all activity is being conducted in accordance with the applicable requirements, standards, and procedures.
The objective of this course is to provide the candidate with the tools and knowledge to perform the functions required in a Quality Management System (QMS) as per the provisions of the South African Civil Aviation Regulations and Technical Standards.
The course, therefore, aims to:
- Transfer the necessary information and skills to understand and apply the principles of a Quality System.
- Create an understanding of the roles and responsibilities within an aviation Quality System.
