Course Outline
This program will provide a thorough understanding of the beautiful game of Indoor / Action Netball. The Objective of this program is to ensure that Scholars, Social, Superleague, and IPT players are familiar with the rules of the game, and can thereby minimise penalties, reduce injuries, and improve performance.
The objective is to further encourage our communities to put together a team, keep fit and enjoy the magic of the game.
